We can provide tailor-made maintenance plans to suit each individual client based on their operating criteria, whether it be a one service per year or four services per year. We have a number of clients who require us to be on site on a monthly basis carrying out checks to ensure that any problems are found before they cause any concern or more importantly any unnecessary downtime. We can respond straight away when there are any issues and will not leave our clients stranded when they have a compressed air issue and are available 24/7 for emergency callouts.

Our pipe-fitting team can carry out any pipework installation large or small, we can install any size air ring main from plans and drawings and can assist in designing any Compressed Air, Vacuum or Nitrogen system from scratch. We can use traditional galvanised steel pipe or stainless steel; however, we do prefer the newer more energy efficient way to distribute compressed air, Aluminium Pipe. We use the tried and tested AIRnet Advanced pipework systems that have minimal pressure drops compared with steel pipes and is backed up with a full manufacturer’s 10-year warranty.
